How to Measure Your Bag Stand
Remove the stock rubber grip and measure the bare stand leg where the Shoobie insert will slide on. If you only have circumference, wrap a string snugly around the stand leg, mark where it overlaps, and divide that length by 3.14 to estimate diameter.

Fit, install, shipping, and returns for Shoobies
Standard inserts fit most golf bag stand legs around 11-13 mm after the stock rubber grip is removed. If your stand legs are closer to 9-10 mm, the small insert size is a better match and is coming soon.

Most golf bags have a removable stock grip on each stand leg. Remove that grip, then slide the Shoobie insert onto the bare stand leg until it sits firmly in place.
The insert grips securely during normal use and can be removed when you want to swap colors or styles.
Yes. Standard pairs can be personalized by swapping lace colors and changing shoe colors while keeping the same insert. For 25+ pair custom orders, we support two added customizations:
- Custom shoe colors: Up to 4 available material colors, depending on current stock.
- Custom side logo: A logo, initials, team mark, or course design on the side of the shoe. The logo area is about 0.68" by 0.68", so simple artwork works best.
- Start a request: Visit our Custom Logo page.

Swap inserts and install your Shoobies on your bag.
Follow these simple steps to properly lace your Shoobie Golf shoes:
- Start with the holes closest to the toe
- Feed the laces through the two holes from the top and make sure they are even on both sides
- Feed them through the next holes up from the bottom
- Cross them over the tongue
- Lace them through the next holes
- Repeat until fully laced
Pro Tips
Make sure the tips of the laces are pointed at an angle. You can cut them to make them pointed for easier lacing through the small holes.
Removing the Insert
- Find the top of the insert where the stand leg slides in.
- Push straight down to slide the insert out of the shoe.
- If it feels tight, gently squeeze the top of the insert so the locking tabs clear the rim.
Installing the Insert
- Line up the hole in the shoe with the post on the insert from the top.
- Make sure the toe slot lines up with the ribs on the insert.
- Push the insert firmly upward until it seats in place.
- Squeeze the top of the insert to confirm the tabs fully expand and lock onto the rim.
Pro Tips
The inserts are designed to lock in securely. Firm pressure is normal and won't damage them.
- If your bag has stock grips on the stand legs, remove them by sliding them off the poles.
- With the grips removed, firmly slide the Shoobies onto each stand leg.
Pro Tips
For the best fit and grip, angle the Shoobies in the same direction the stand legs extend when opened.
