1. Online Store Terms
You must be old enough to make purchases under the laws where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products, site, images, forms, or services for unlawful purposes.

2. Product Information and Fit
We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, sizing information, availability, and pricing accurate. Shoobies are designed for golf bag stand legs and fit depends on the stand leg diameter after the stock rubber grip is removed. Standard inserts fit most stand legs around 11-13 mm. If your stand legs are closer to 9-10 mm, the small insert size is a better match and is coming soon. Check the Size Guide before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure.

3. Pricing, Availability, and Errors
Prices, promotions, product availability, and product details may change without notice. If we find an error in pricing, availability, product information, or order details, we may cancel or adjust the order after contacting you.

4. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if payment cannot be verified, shipping information is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or the order appears to violate these terms.

5. Shipping
We ship within the United States, to Canada, and to select international destinations available at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders. Canada and international shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary by location, promotion, or product type. Processing and delivery estimates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, customs delays, duties, taxes, or other carrier charges.

6. Returns and Refunds
Standard Shoobie products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and returned with the original product box and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are for the product price unless otherwise required by law. Return shipping costs are not refundable. See our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page for details.

7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items are proofed before production. One proof revision is included unless otherwise stated. Additional revision work may be quoted before we continue. Once you approve a proof, custom or personalized items are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Custom color availability, logo placement, and final design details are confirmed through the proof or follow-up email.

8. Customer-Submitted Artwork
If you send us a logo, mark, name, image, or design file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the custom product you request. You agree not to submit artwork that infringes someone else's rights, contains unlawful content, or would require us to violate another party's trademark, copyright, privacy, or publicity rights. We may decline any custom request at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property
Shoobie Golf names, product designs, photos, graphics, copy, logos, site content, and related materials belong to Shoobie Golf or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or use our content or brand materials without written permission.

10. Site Use
You agree not to interfere with site security, upload harmful code, scrape or copy the site in a way that burdens our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for spam, fraud, or abusive activity.

11. Product Use
Shoobies are golf bag accessories. You are responsible for installing and using them as directed, checking that they sit firmly on your bag stand legs, and removing or adjusting them if they do not fit securely. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsupported bag types, or use outside normal golf bag accessory use.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shoobie Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of our site, services, or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

13. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, email, and site functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
